Volunteering at Sailability On Tweed is more than just helping out; it's an opportunity to socialise with like-minded individuals and bring immense joy to people experiencing disabilities. What makes it truly rewarding is the flexibility – you're not tied down to weekly commitments. Come along weekly, monthly, or whenever you can spare some time. Your contribution, big or small, creates unforgettable moments on the water.

Our volunteer roles
We have a variety of roles to suit different skills and interests. Our essential volunteer duties include rescue boat operation, boat rigging, assisting and teaching our disability sailors, dock crew to help sailors in and out of boats, and vital onshore organisational duties. We also greatly appreciate the help of people who are able to maintain the boats, ensuring our fleet is always ready for a safe and fun sail. Male or Female experienced sailor or not we will value your help.
